How does Accueil Visiteurs work?

The app turns your iPad or iPhone into a reception register. Place the iPad in kiosk mode at reception: visitors enter their name, company, reason for visit and who they're here to see, then confirm. You can view the full history in the admin panel.

How do I access the admin panel?

From the kiosk welcome screen, perform three discreet taps in the designated spot, then authenticate with your PIN code or Face ID/Touch ID.

Is visitor data shared with anyone?

No. All visit data stays stored exclusively on the device used (SwiftData). No visitor data is transmitted to a server or third party.

How do I delete all data?

Uninstall the app, or use the data retention period setting (Premium) for automatic purging after the chosen period.

How do I export the register?

The CSV export feature (Premium) is available from the admin panel. The file is generated locally and then shared via the native iOS share sheet.

What's the difference between the free plan and Premium?

The free plan lets you log a limited number of visitors per month. Premium (£0.99/month) unlocks unlimited visitors, CSV export, custom company logo, custom accent color, visitor electronic signature, visitor photo capture, customizable visit reasons, and the data retention period setting.

Is Accueil Visiteurs GDPR compliant?

The app works 100% offline and data stays on your device, which makes compliance easier. Responsibility for the processing itself (informing visitors, setting a retention period) remains with your organization.

Common issues

The app won't open

Force-quit the app and restart your iPhone/iPad. If the issue persists, update iOS/iPadOS and the app via the App Store.

PIN or Face ID doesn't work to access admin

Check that Face ID/Touch ID is enabled for the app in iOS settings, or re-enter your PIN code. If in doubt, contact support.

My logged visitors seem to have disappeared

Check the data retention period setting (Premium): an automatic purge may have removed older visits. Reinstalling the app also deletes all local data.
