1. Acceptance

By using Potago (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Potago is an iOS gardening app. It records your garden plan as beds, a growing journal (sowing, transplanting, harvests, photos), and calculates a sowing calendar based on your geographic location. It also offers automatic care reminders and companion planting suggestions.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Potago offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Potago Plus"), monthly or annual, unlocking unlimited gardens and beds plus an unlimited growing journal. The subscription is managed by Apple's App Store: billing, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple through your App Store account. A free trial may be offered depending on the current promotion; it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Buyers of the previous one-time-purchase offer keep their lifetime access.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. Data you enter (garden plan, journal, photos) remains your property.

7. Location

Calculating the sowing calendar may use your geographic location, with your explicit permission. This location is never transmitted to a server or shared with any third party; it is used solely for the local calendar offset calculation. You may decline location access and pick a reference city instead.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. Sowing calendar and companion planting recommendations are indicative and do not replace your own judgment or actual local conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law (French law governing), Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the App or subscription. No liability may be incurred for a lost harvest or gardening outcome related to use of the App.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated.

12. Governing law

French law. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
