1. Acceptance

By using the Trimio application (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Trimio is an iOS mobile application that provides an informational estimate of the quarterly Spanish IVA (modelo 303) and IRPF (modelo 130) owed by a self-employed worker ("autónomo"), based on income and expenses the user enters manually. All calculations run locally on the device, with no connection to the AEAT, any bank, or any accounting firm.

Trimio is an informational estimation tool. It does not replace the advice of an accountant or tax advisor, and it is not an official filing with the AEAT. Always verify final figures with your accounting firm or on the official website of the Spanish Tax Agency.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control. This license is also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Trimio Premium is offered as a subscription (annual or monthly) handled by Apple's App Store under its own terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the App's developer.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of the App's technical protections.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. Data you enter (movements, amounts, notes, receipt photos) remains your property.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", with no warranty of absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose, including the tax estimates it generates. You are solely responsible for verifying those estimates before filing them with the tax authorities.

8. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law (French law governing), Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the App (zero if free). No liability for indirect or consequential damages, including any penalties, surcharges or interest resulting from a tax filing based on the App's estimates.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The latest version will be available in the App or on the App Store page.

11. Governing law

French law governs. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
