FAQ

What does Trimio do?

Trimio provides an informational estimate of your quarterly Spanish VAT (modelo 303) and income tax (modelo 130) based on the income and expenses you log. It tells you how much to set aside at any time.

Does Trimio file my tax returns with the AEAT?

No. Trimio is an estimation tool. It does not connect to the Spanish Tax Agency, does not file any form, and does not replace your accountant. Always verify the final figures before filing.

Is my data shared with anyone?

No. All your movements, amounts and receipts are stored only on your iPhone. Only pseudonymized usage events are collected through PostHog, with no amount or tax data included.

How do I delete all my data?

Uninstall the app from your iPhone: all local data is removed with it.

Why does the app ask to enable notifications?

To warn you ahead of each quarterly deadline (April 20, July 20, October 20, January 30), with the amount already calculated. This is optional and purely local.

Common issues

The app does not open

Restart your iPhone. Update iOS and the app to the latest version.

The quarter's calculation looks wrong

Check that every movement for the quarter is correctly entered (VAT rate, withholding, deductibility). Remember Trimio is an estimate: always check it with your accountant before filing the official form.

Notifications are not delivered

Check Settings > Notifications > Trimio.
