1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using the Trajeo application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service description
Trajeo is an iOS mobile application that lets you locally log your driving sessions, mileage and driving conditions as part of the French accompanied driving programme (AAC). The App works without any server connection.
3. License
Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, in accordance with App Store usage rules. This license is also subject to Apple's standard end-user license agreement available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
4. In-app purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases or subscriptions may be offered in the App in the future. They will be handled exclusively by Apple's App Store under its own terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or fraudulent purpose;
- Decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the App;
- Circumvent technical protections;
- Use the App in a way that could damage, disable or overload any system.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its source code, graphics, name and visual identity belong to Alexandre Paul and are protected by intellectual property laws. The data you enter (driving sessions, personal information) remains your exclusive property.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose, absence of errors or continuity of service. You use the App at your own risk.
8. Non-official status and administrative obligations
Trajeo is an independent application. It is not affiliated with any driving school, the French ONISR, or any administrative authority. Trajeo does not replace the official administrative obligations of the French accompanied driving programme (AAC / supervised driving), including the official learner's logbook. You remain solely responsible for complying with applicable legal and administrative obligations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the App (zero if the App is free). In no event shall Alexandre Paul be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
10. Personal data
Data handling is described in the Trajeo Privacy Policy. The App runs locally on your device; no data is transmitted to Alexandre Paul.
11. Changes to these terms
Alexandre Paul may update these terms at any time. The most recent version will be made available in the App or via its App Store page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to applicable consumer protection rules. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
