How do I seat my guests?
First add your guests (one by one or by pasting your list), then add your tables in the Plan tab. Drag each guest onto a table. The table counter updates and unseated guests stay visible until they have a spot.
How do I share the wedding-day timeline with my vendors?
In the Share tab, tap "Wedding-day timeline" to send it as plain text by message, email or WhatsApp. Your caterer, DJ or photographer receive the schedule directly, without installing any app.
Are my guests visible when I share the timeline?
No. Sharing the timeline only includes the wedding-day steps (times, locations, people in charge). Sharing the seating plan, however, contains the names seated at the tables, so share it with the people of your choice.
How do I share the seating plan?
In the Share tab, choose "Seating plan" for a text summary, "Seating plan as image" for a picture to publish or print, or the high-resolution PDF exports with Tablo Premium.
Is Tablo Premium a subscription?
No. Tablo Premium is a one-time purchase, valid for life. You pay once to unlock high-resolution PDF export and the creation of multiple weddings.
I already paid, how do I restore my purchase?
In Settings, tap "Restore purchases." Your purchase will be recognized on all your devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the wedding from the Settings tab: this erases the corresponding data. Uninstalling the app removes all remaining data on the device.
Does Tablo work without Internet?
Yes. Seating, timeline and exports work offline. A connection is only used, where applicable, to send your shares and for anonymous usage analytics.
Common issues
The app won't open
Force-quit and restart your iPhone. Update iOS and the app.
My seating plan or guests disappeared
Uninstalling removes data stored on the device. Also check you are viewing the right wedding (the switcher is in the title).
