1. Acceptance

By using Syndo (the "App"), you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Syndo is a property management aid for volunteer HOA managers. It lets you manage units and ownership shares, charges, funding calls, general meetings and their votes, arrears, legal deadlines, the works fund and the maintenance log, and generate PDF documents.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. This license is also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. Syndo Premium subscription

Syndo offers an optional subscription, Syndo Premium, which unlocks Live Meeting mode (live voting with majority calculation and minutes generation), the generation of reminder and formal notice letters, and the export of the annual statement and accounting schedules.

Plan: annual subscription, priced at 24.99 EUR/year (the price shown in the app prevails and may vary by region and applicable taxes).
Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same duration, at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: payment is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation and at each renewal.
Management and cancellation: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (App Store, your profile, Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Restore: an active subscription can be restored from the app via "Restore purchases".

Managing units, charges, funding calls and the PDF statement remain free, whatever the size of the building.

5. Nature of the tool

Syndo is a management aid. It assists the manager with calculating splits, majorities and deadlines. It is your responsibility to check your documents and decisions before any sending or meeting. Syndo does not provide legal or accounting advice.

6. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. You are responsible for the information you enter and choose to export or share.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its original content belong to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter remains your property.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by French law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the current subscription. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
