Rondo Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Rondo (the "app") is an iOS app for organizing padel Americano tournaments, published by an independent developer and distributed on the App Store as Rondo. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

Rondo lets you create a padel Americano tournament, automatically generate the rounds (player and court rotation), enter live scores, and view the final ranking. Generating a schedule and entering scores for a tournament of up to 8 players remains free and unlimited.

3. Rondo Premium subscription

Rondo offers a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription ("Rondo Premium") that unlocks tournaments of up to 32 players (instead of 8), several tournaments in the same week, and the full history with export. The subscription automatically renews for the same duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No free trial is offered: the amount is charged immediately upon purchase through your Apple account. You can cancel at any time from Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device. Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit; the App Store terms of use also apply. An already active subscription can be restored at any time via "Restore purchases", for example after a reinstall or on a new device.

4. Your data

All data you enter in Rondo (players, tournaments, scores, history) belongs to you and is stored exclusively locally on your device. Details on data processing are available in the privacy policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Rondo is provided "as is". The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app and cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, particularly in the event of local data loss (the app does not perform automatic iCloud backup in version 1). Legal liability in case of fraud or gross negligence remains fully applicable.

6. Termination

You may stop using Rondo at any time by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription: cancellation must be done from Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions applicable in your country of residence.

9. Changes

Any substantial change to these terms will be reflected by the update date above and, where applicable, in the App Store release notes.
