1. Who we are

Rondo (the "app") is an iOS app for organizing padel Americano tournaments, published by an independent developer and distributed on the App Store as Rondo.

2. Local data storage

All tournaments, players, scores, and history you create in Rondo are stored locally on your iPhone via SwiftData. No iCloud sync is performed in version 1: the developer of Rondo has no access to this data.

3. Analytics (PostHog EU)

Rondo uses PostHog (servers located in the European Union, eu.i.posthog.com) to collect anonymized usage events to improve the app. Only technical event names are transmitted, for example:

  • app opened
  • tournament created, rounds generated
  • score submitted, tournament finished
  • conversion wall shown (player limit, second tournament of the week)
  • paywall viewed, Premium subscription purchased or restored

No tournament content (player names, detailed scores) is transmitted to PostHog: only the occurrence of the event is recorded. Rondo does not use a cross-app advertising identifier (no IDFA) and performs no tracking within the meaning of Apple's App Tracking Transparency.

4. Purchases (StoreKit)

The "Rondo Premium" subscription (monthly or yearly) is fully managed by Apple's StoreKit. Payment data is processed exclusively by Apple and is never accessed or stored by Rondo's developer.

5. No advertising, no reselling

Rondo contains no advertising network and does not sell, rent, or exchange any user data for advertising purposes with third parties.

6. Your rights

  • View/edit: all your data is visible and editable directly in the app.
  • Deletion: delete the app from your iPhone to erase all local data.
  • Opt-out of analytics: contact the developer via the App Store listing for any question about PostHog data.

7. Contact

Any question about privacy can be addressed to the developer via Rondo's App Store listing.

8. Changes

Any substantial change to this policy will be reflected by the update date above and, where applicable, in the App Store release notes.
