Why does the temperature shown differ from my usual weather app?

Risque Canicule adjusts the reference temperature based on the land cover around your exact position (water, park, woods, dense buildings): a spot in the shade of a park and a spot on asphalt won't show the same value, even a few hundred meters apart.

How is my personal danger threshold calculated?

From the health profile information (age, pregnancy, conditions, medication, home characteristics) entered during onboarding, editable at any time in Settings. This threshold is never shown as a separate number: it simply colors the displayed temperature when it becomes risky for you.

How do I add a relative to track?

From Settings > Tracked Profiles (Premium feature), add their health profile and address. The address is fixed: Risque Canicule does not track their real-time location.

How does the time-slider map (Premium) work?

A slider lets you move through the hour or day to see how the heat map evolves, including shade cast by the sun's position.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

From iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or from within the app (Settings > Subscription).

Can I explore an address other than my current location?

Yes, via address search (Premium feature), to plan a trip or check a place that matters to you.
