How does Ripply work?
Ripply lets you time each contraction (start, end, computed duration) and review your history.
Is my data shared?
No. All data is stored exclusively on your iPhone (SwiftData, encrypted by iOS via NSFileProtectionComplete). No network connection, no third-party SDK.
How do I delete all my data?
Uninstall the app. Deletion is permanent.
How do I share my history with my midwife or doctor?
Use the export feature inside the app. Sharing is done at your initiative via the iOS share sheet.

Common issues
The app does not open
Force-quit, restart your iPhone, update iOS and the app.
My data disappeared
Uninstalling permanently removes data. Check your iOS iCloud Backup if you had enabled it.
The timer seems incorrect
Check your iPhone system time and restart the app.
