What is Postura?

Postura is a posture-correction app that uses your AirPods' motion sensors. It detects forward head tilt and reminds you to sit up straight, with a 90-day program.

Is my data shared?

No. Your data is stored on your device. Anonymous usage analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) contain no personal data.

What permissions does Postura request?

Motion & Fitness (your AirPods' sensors, to detect your posture) and Notifications (reminders and milestones). No camera, no photos, no location, no HealthKit data.

Does Postura replace medical advice?

No. Postura is a posture-awareness tool. It provides neither diagnosis nor prescription and does not replace medical advice. If you experience persistent pain, consult a healthcare professional.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app: deletion of local data is permanent. Check your iCloud backup if you had enabled it.
