Terms of Use — Pitcho

Last updated: 2026-09-06

Purpose

Pitcho is a pitch-count tracking app for youth baseball that helps parents and coaches count pitches live, apply MLB Pitch Smart / Little League rules, and calculate mandatory rest days. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms.

Use of the app

You agree to use Pitcho lawfully. Pitcho provides rest-day guidance based on publicly published MLB Pitch Smart and Little League Baseball guidelines for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace the judgment of a coach, athletic trainer, or physician. You remain solely responsible for decisions about a young athlete's participation and health.

In-app purchase (Pitcho Premium)

Pitcho offers a single in-app purchase, Pitcho Premium, which unlocks unlimited pitchers, full outing history and sharing. It is a non-consumable purchase, paid once, valid for life for the Apple ID that made the purchase — there is no subscription and nothing is ever charged again. Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account. Purchases can be restored from within the app.

Sharing

Pitcho lets you share an outing summary as text or image via your device's share sheet. You are responsible for distributing this content to the people of your choice.

Limitation of liability

Pitcho is an organizational tool provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the app, including decisions made about a young athlete's participation based on information shown in the app.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its original content are the property of Alexandre Paul. The data you enter belongs to you.

Changes

These terms may change. In case of a substantial change, the update date at the top of this document will be revised.
