Purpose

Parzelle is an app that helps German allotment gardeners (Kleingärtner) track their plot: an indicative calculation of the one-third rule (Drittelregelung), a sowing calendar, community work hours tracking, and a garden journal. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms.

Nature of the information provided

The values shown by Parzelle regarding the Drittelregelung are an indicative reference (Richtwert). They do not replace your allotment association's bylaws (Satzung) or legal advice. The final decision on compliance with the one-third rule rests exclusively with your association or the competent authority during the inspection visit (Begehung). Likewise, the sowing calendar (Aussaatkalender) dates are general climate guidelines; always adapt them to the real conditions of your region and season.

Subscription (Parzelle Pro)

Parzelle offers an auto-renewable subscription, with two tiers (monthly at €1.99, yearly at €9.99 with a 7-day free trial clearly disclosed before any commitment). The subscription unlocks the inspection compliance PDF export (Begehungs-PDF), the hours-worked certificate export with photos, multi-year history of Drittel status and hours, personalized plant reminders, and management of multiple plots.

Payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase, then automatically renewed at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your Apple account settings. The 7-day free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled beforehand. Purchases can be restored from within the app ("Käufe wiederherstellen" button).

Acceptable use

You agree to use Parzelle lawfully. No reverse engineering, no bypassing of protections. You are responsible for the information you enter (area, postal code, hours, journal entries, photos).

No warranty and limitation of liability

Parzelle is a tracking aid, provided "as is", without any guarantee of completeness regarding regulatory changes or association-specific rules issued after the last content update. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription. No liability for indirect or consequential damages, including conflicts with your allotment association resulting from a differing interpretation of the Drittelregelung, or crop loss resulting from a mismatch between the indicative sowing calendar and actual conditions.

Intellectual property

The app and its original content are the property of Alexandre Paul. The data you enter (plot, areas, hours, journal, photos) belongs to you.

Changes

These terms may evolve. In case of a substantial change, the update date at the top of this document will be refreshed.
