1. Acceptance

By using Numo (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Numo is an iOS app for managing a coin and currency collection. It lets you organize your collections, catalog each coin (country, year, metal, condition, estimated value, photos), track your series, your duplicates and the coins you are missing, and export a summary in CSV format.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscription

Numo offers a free tier (one collection, fifty coins) and a Premium subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited collections and coins, CSV export, advanced fields and backup. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in App Store Settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users who purchased the former lifetime access before the move to subscription keep it without interruption. Payments are handled by Apple's App Store; refunds are Apple's responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter (collections, coins, photos, notes) remains your property.

7. Scope - a cataloging tool, not a pricing source (IMPORTANT)

Numo is a collection cataloging and organization tool. The values shown are the ones you enter yourself: the App does not apply any official valuation, does not connect to any numismatic pricing database, and does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of any amount. Numo is not a substitute for the opinion of an expert, a professional numismatist or an auction house for the actual appraisal of a coin.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Generated exports are for guidance only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the App (zero if free). No liability shall be incurred for a purchase, sale or insurance decision made on the basis of values entered in Numo.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

French law. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
