Summary
Numo stores your collections, coins and their photos exclusively on your device. No network connection is initiated by the app to transmit this data to a server. Numo only uses anonymous usage data (screens viewed, actions taken) to improve the experience.
1. Who we are
Numo is an iOS app for managing a coin and currency collection, distributed by an independent developer.
2. Data collected
Numo stores your data exclusively on your device. The only data recorded is:

No other data is processed. Numo does not collect your name, your email, or any health data.
3. Network and third-party services
Numo makes no network request for your collection data. No backend, no user account.
Anonymous usage data
We use PostHog to improve the app. PostHog only collects anonymous events (screens viewed, usage actions such as adding a coin or exporting), the app version, device type and iOS version. This data is tied to a random, locally generated identifier with no link to your identity. PostHog never receives the content of your collections or your photos.
Purchases and subscription
Purchases and the Premium subscription are handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit and the App Store. Numo never sees your payment information.
4. System permissions
Numo requests, at your initiative only, the following permissions:
- Camera: to photograph your coins directly from the app.
- Photos: to add existing images to your coins.
You can revoke each permission at any time from iOS Settings; the app remains usable without them, except for adding new photos.
5. Exports
CSV exports are generated locally on your device. Sharing happens through the iOS share sheet, at your initiative. Numo has no access to the recipients.
6. Trackers and advertising
No advertising tracker, no third-party ad network, no social network integration. The NSPrivacyTracking value declared in the privacy manifest is false. The app uses Apple's AdServices framework solely to measure the performance of its own acquisition campaigns (Apple Search Ads), without transmitting any personally identifiable data.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Since no personal data is collected by the publisher, your rights of access, rectification and erasure are exercised directly on your device:
- View / edit: everything is visible and editable within the app.
- Export: use the CSV export feature.
- Delete: delete your coins and collections from the app, or uninstall Numo to erase all local data.
8. Children
The app is not specifically intended for children under 13.
9. Changes
Any substantial change to this policy will be reflected by an update to the date at the top of this document.
