FAQ
How does Nannix work?
Nannix lets you clock arrivals and departures in one tap. The App automatically sums up hours per day, week and month, manages multiple children and employers, and exports a monthly recap (PDF / CSV).
Is my data shared?
No. All data stays on your iPhone (SwiftData). No network connection, no third-party SDK. iCloud sync (P1) is disabled by default.
How do I delete all my data?
Uninstall the app. You can also delete individual sessions, children or employers inside the app.
How do I export my hours?
"Recap" tab → "Export" button → choose PDF, CSV or both. Sharing goes through the iOS share sheet.
Does Nannix compute the nanny's salary?
No. Nannix is an hours counter, not a payroll tool. The App does not compute any salary, social contributions or payslip. You must use an official channel (in France: Pajemploi, CESU, etc.) for declarations.
Why does Nannix ask permission to send notifications (P1)?
For local reminders: clock out if a session has been open for a long time, weekly recap, etc. Optional.
What if I forget to clock the departure?
The App shows a gentle alert the next day and lets you fix it in one tap.
Common issues
The app does not open
Restart your iPhone, update iOS and the app.
My data disappeared
Uninstalling removes data. If iCloud was enabled, make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID.
The total seems wrong
Check the end of each session and the rounding mode in Settings.
Notifications are not delivered (P1)
Check Settings > Notifications > Nannix.
