1. Acceptance

By using Kombix (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Kombix is an iOS mobile beekeeping logbook: record your hives, visits (with health/brood/varroa icons), honey harvests and treatments (varroa, feeding). The App is 100% offline.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases or subscriptions may be offered in the future. They will be handled by Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. Data you enter (hives, visits, photos, harvests) remains your property.

7. Non-professional nature and regulatory obligations

Kombix is an observation logbook tool intended for hobbyist beekeepers. The App does not substitute for any regulatory or sanitary obligations that may apply to you (hive declaration, livestock register, traceability, veterinary treatment register, legal mentions for honey commercialization, etc.). You remain solely responsible for your legal obligations.

The icons and information shown (colony state, varroa monitoring, etc.) are indicative and do not constitute veterinary or professional beekeeping advice.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of absence of errors or fitness for purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law (French law governing), Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the App (zero if free).

11. Changes

These terms may be updated.

12. Governing law

French law. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
