1. Acceptance

By using Kadenzo (the "App"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Kadenzo is a GPS bike computer. It tracks speed, distance and elevation live, connects Bluetooth cadence and heart rate sensors, provides a ride history and progress overview, tracks bike part wear, and lets you export or share your rides.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. Kadenzo Pro

Kadenzo offers an optional subscription, Kadenzo Pro, which unlocks detailed progress charts (speed, cadence and heart rate over time, average VAM, categorized climbs, estimated power).

Plans:
- Monthly subscription, priced at 2.99 EUR/month
- Yearly subscription, priced at 19.99 EUR/year
- One-time lifetime purchase, priced at 39.99 EUR
- (the price shown in the app is authoritative and may vary by region and applicable taxes)
Automatic renewal (monthly and yearly plans): the subscription renews automatically for the same duration, at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase, then at each renewal for subscription plans.
Management and cancellation: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account Settings (App Store, your profile, Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Restore: an active purchase can be restored from the app via "Restore purchases".

GPS tracking, Bluetooth sensors, history, basic Stats and bike maintenance tracking stay free forever, with no limits, with or without a subscription.

5. Nature of the tool

Kadenzo is a sports tracking tool. Advanced stats (VAM, estimated power, climb categorization) are estimates calculated from GPS data and connected sensors, provided for informational purposes. Kadenzo is not a medical device.

6. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no bypassing of protections. You are responsible for the information you enter and choose to export or share.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design and original content belong to Alexandre Paul. Your ride data remains your property.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", with no warranty of error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by French law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the current purchase or subscription. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
