1. Acceptance

By using Inhalo (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Inhalo is a heart coherence and guided breathing app. It records your sessions, settings and heart rate variability measurements.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

The app offers a Inhalo Premium subscription that unlocks the advanced features, available as a yearly plan (EUR 9.99/year) or a monthly plan (EUR 1.99/month), preceded by a 7-day free trial.

Payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in euros and may vary by region.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. You are responsible for the information you enter and choose to export or share.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its original content belong to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter remains your property.

7. Disclaimer

Inhalo is a wellness app, not a medical device. The breathing exercises and heart coherence measurements are indicative; they make no diagnosis and do not replace medical advice. In case of a heart condition, discomfort or doubt, consult a healthcare professional.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the App (zero if free). No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
