What is Goldfall?

Goldfall is a single-player idle coin-pusher game: drop coins, build platforms, unlock the upgrade tree and go ever deeper. No account is needed.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Settings → Restore purchases in the game, using the same Apple account as for the purchase. The Founder Pack, the "No Ads" purchase, the Starter Pack and coin skins are restored. Hourglasses are consumable purchases: once used, they cannot be restored.

I reinstalled the game or changed iPhone, is my progress lost?

No, if iCloud is enabled on your device with the same Apple account: a copy of your progress is saved in your private iCloud space and restored automatically at launch. Without iCloud, progress is stored only on the device and is erased when the app is uninstalled.

Are ads mandatory?

Rewarded videos are optional: you choose to watch them to get a bonus. The game also rarely shows a full-screen ad at a natural pause (after building a platform, after a Heritage, when you come back after a long absence), never during an action or on your first day. The "No Ads" purchase or the Founder Pack removes them for good.

How do I change my ad consent?

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, open Settings → "Ad privacy settings" in the game.

Do the slot machines cost real money?

No. The platform draw is paid only with coins earned in the game. The Cog machine is played by staking 2 cogs (an in-game currency never sold for money) or by watching a video, and pays out only cogs (1 to 150 per spin, odds shown in the machine). Nothing can be cashed.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are managed by Apple: submit your request at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I turn off notifications?

In iOS Settings → Notifications → Goldfall.

Is my data sent anywhere?

Nothing that identifies you. Your progress stays on your device and in your iCloud. The game sends pseudonymous gameplay statistics (hosted in the European Union) to improve itself: you can turn them off in Settings → "Gameplay statistics". Details in the privacy policy (iCloud, PostHog, Google AdMob).
