How does Fluvo work?
Fluvo lets you regularly record your water and electricity meter readings, attach a photo of the meter, and track consumption over time.
Is my data shared?
No. All data stays on your iPhone (SwiftData). Fluvo makes no network connection.
How do I delete all my data?
Uninstall the app.
How do I export my data?
Use the CSV export feature inside the app.
Why does Fluvo ask for camera / photo library access?
To photograph your meter display and attach it to a reading. Optional.
Why does Fluvo ask permission to send notifications?
To remind you to take a reading or to flag unusual consumption. Optional.
Are leak alerts certified?
No. They are indicative and do not replace official readings or the expertise of a professional.
Common issues
The app does not open
Restart your iPhone and update iOS and the app.
My data disappeared
Uninstalling deletes all data. Check your iOS iCloud Backup if it was enabled.
Notifications are not delivered
Check Settings > Notifications > Fluvo.
Reporting a bug
Email alexandre-paul@outlook.com with: iOS version, iPhone model, Fluvo version and a description.
