1. Acceptance

By using Wavio (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Wavio is a weather app for board sports and fishing. It stores your spots, sports and settings, and fetches forecasts from weather data providers.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases

The app is free and contains no in-app purchase or subscription. No payment is charged.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. You are responsible for the information you enter and choose to export or share.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its original content belong to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter remains your property.

7. Disclaimer

Wavio provides forecasts for guidance only. Tides are computed by harmonics and must not be used for navigation. You remain solely responsible for assessing safety before any session; the developer cannot be held liable for a decision based on the app.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the App (zero if free). No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
