Purpose

Tipo is a tip and wage tracking app for logging shifts and seeing your real hourly rate. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms.

Use of the app

You agree to use Tipo lawfully and not to enter content that is illegal, defamatory or infringing on third-party rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shift information you enter.

In-app purchase (Tipo Pro)

Tipo offers a single in-app purchase, Tipo Pro, which unlocks multiple jobs/employers, detailed best days and shifts, period comparisons, and tip-out and sales tracking per shift. It is a non-consumable purchase, valid for life for the Apple ID that made the purchase, priced at $8.99. No subscription is charged. Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account. Purchases can be restored from within the app.

Estimates, not financial advice

The hourly rates, totals and statistics shown in Tipo are estimates computed from the numbers you enter. Tipo is not a payroll or accounting tool and does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

Tipo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the app or reliance on the figures it displays.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its original content are the property of Alexandre Paul. The data you enter belongs to you.

Changes

These terms may change. In case of a substantial change, the update date at the top of this document will be revised.
