What is Syndo ?

Syndo is the copilot for volunteer HOA managers: it splits charges to the cent, runs your meetings live, tracks arrears, generates your documents and reminds you of your legal deadlines.

How does Live Meeting mode work ?

During the meeting, you vote resolution by resolution. Syndo works out the required majority, shows adopted or rejected, handles the article 25-1 fallback, and generates the minutes with objectors named.

How are ownership shares split ?

Each charge is split by each unit's shares using the largest remainder method: the sum of shares is always exact to the cent. You can also create special keys (elevator, water, heating).

Is there a limit on units ?

No. You manage a building of any size for free.

What does Syndo Premium include ?

Live Meeting mode, generation of reminder and formal notice letters, and export of the annual statement and accounting schedules. The rest of the app is free. The subscription is managed in your Apple account settings.

Is my data shared ?

No. Your management data is stored on your device. The anonymous usage analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) contain no personal data and none of your building's content.

How do I delete my data ?

Uninstall the app: deletion of local data is permanent. Check your iCloud backup if you had enabled it.
