1. Acceptance

By using Shuttlo (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Shuttlo is a badminton score counting app, usable on iPhone and Apple Watch (singles and doubles, 1/3/5 sets), with match history, statistics and an ELO ranking.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

The app offers a Shuttlo Pro subscription, available as a monthly or annual plan, which unlocks the ELO ranking evolution chart over time. All scoring features (iPhone and Apple Watch, singles and doubles, history, basic statistics, head-to-head) remain available for free, without a subscription.

Payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Purchases can be restored from within the app.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. You are responsible for the information you enter (scores, opponent names).

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its original content belong to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter remains your property.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose, including scoring errors caused by misuse.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the App or subscription. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
