What is Shuttlo?

Shuttlo is a badminton score counting app, usable on iPhone and Apple Watch, with match history, statistics and an ELO ranking.

How do I score a point?

Tap the left side of the screen for your point, the right side for your opponent's, on both iPhone and Apple Watch. Serve switches automatically following BWF rules.

How do I undo a point entered by mistake?

Long-press the score screen to undo the last point, on both iPhone and Apple Watch.

Does the score sync between iPhone and Apple Watch?

Yes, live, thanks to the Watch-iPhone connection (WatchConnectivity).

Is Shuttlo Pro a subscription?

Yes, Shuttlo Pro is a monthly or annual subscription that unlocks the ELO ranking evolution chart over time. All scoring features remain free without a subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions, then Shuttlo Pro.

Is my data shared?

No. Your data (matches, scores, opponents) is stored on your device. Anonymous usage analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) contain no personal data.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app: deletion of local data is permanent. Check your iCloud backup if you had enabled it.
