1. Acceptance

By using Runway (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Runway is a freelance budgeting app. It tracks the amounts you log as income, your fixed costs, a tax reserve percentage, and savings envelopes (upcoming expenses and goals). All figures are entered manually by you; the App never connects to any bank account.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

The app offers a Runway Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited envelopes, available as a monthly plan (USD 2.99/month) or a yearly plan (USD 19.99/year). There is no free trial.

Payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device. Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by region.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. You are responsible for the figures you enter and the financial decisions you make based on them. Runway is a tracking tool, not financial or tax advice.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its original content belong to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter remains your property.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the App (zero if free). No liability for indirect or consequential damages, including decisions made based on figures shown in the App.
