Last updated: 2026-08-16
1. Acceptance
By using the Routino application (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service description
Routino is an iOS mobile application offering a picture-based routine board for children aged 3 to 8 (morning, evening, school, weekend), with a locked full-screen Child Mode, a visual timer and a star-based reward system. All data is stored locally on the device.
3. License
Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control. The license is also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
4. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Routino Premium is offered as a single in-app purchase, handled by Apple's App Store under its own terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of the App's technical protections, in particular the exit protection of Child Mode.
6. Intellectual property
The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. Data you enter (child profiles, routines, steps, photos added by parents) remains your property.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is", with no warranty of absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk, in particular as an educational support tool: it does not replace professional advice (educational, medical or paramedical).
8. Limitation of liability
Subject to applicable law (French law governing), Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the App (zero if free). No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Personal data
See the Routino Privacy Policy, in particular the section on children's photos and minors.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. The latest version will be available in the App or on the App Store page.
11. Governing law
French law governs. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
