1. Acceptance

By using Roulo (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Roulo is an iOS mobile application for random picking: pick one name, form teams, generate a presentation order, animated wheel, dice, coin flip and number picker. The App runs entirely locally.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases or subscriptions may be offered in the future. They will be handled by Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. The App is not intended for money lotteries, gambling, draws of legal/notarial value, or regulated contests.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. Lists and labels you enter remain your property.

7. Group-animation tool

Roulo is a playful tool for group animation. The random generator used is the iOS system one; it is not certified for lottery purposes or events of legal significance. You alone judge the appropriateness of using it in front of a group.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of absence of errors or fitness for purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law (French law governing), Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the App (zero if free).

11. Changes

These terms may be updated.

12. Governing law

French law. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
