Terms of Use: Resello
Last updated: 2026-08-23
Purpose
Resello is a profit tracker for reselling secondhand items: it works out the real profit on every flip, fees and taxes included. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms.
Nature of the information provided
Resello is a personal tracking tool. Tax and fee estimates are indicative and depend on the settings you enter. Resello is not tax or accounting advice: consult a professional for your situation.
Subscription
Resello offers an auto renewable subscription, with two tiers (monthly or yearly), including a free trial clearly shown before any commitment. The subscription unlocks unlimited inventory, detailed profit reports, expense tracking and export.
Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase, then renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your Apple account settings. The free trial turns into a paid subscription at its end if you do not cancel before. Purchases can be restored from within the app.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Resello lawfully. No reverse engineering, no circumventing protections, no reselling the app. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use it.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Resello is provided "as is", without warranty of completeness or of being error free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages, nor for a decision made on the basis of the app alone without further verification.
Your data
Details are in the privacy policy. In short: what you enter belongs to you and stays on your device and in your private iCloud.
Intellectual property
The app, its name, its visual identity and its original content are the property of Alexandre Paul. The data you enter belongs to you.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, and cancel your subscription from your Apple account settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
