1. Acceptance

By using Pesio (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Pesio is a weight and Body Mass Index (BMI) tracking app. It records your weight measurements, height, dates and notes.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases

The app offers one optional in-app purchase, "Pesio Premium for life" (non-consumable purchase, one-time payment, no subscription or automatic renewal). The exact price is shown in the app before any purchase and may vary by currency/App Store region. The app remains usable for free without this purchase.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. You are responsible for the information you enter and choose to export or share.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its original content belong to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter remains your property.

7. Disclaimer

Pesio is not a medical device. The app helps track weight and computes an indicative BMI; it makes no diagnosis and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult a doctor for any question about your weight or diet.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the App (zero if free). No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
