1. Acceptance

By using Opovance (the "App"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Opovance is an iOS mobile app for tracking preparation for Spanish civil service exams (oposiciones). It lets you record a temario (list of topics), track mastery of each topic across vueltas (revision rounds), see a countdown to the exam date (convocatoria), and use a random-draw simulator to prepare for oral exams (sorteo de bolas).

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Opovance offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Opovance Premium"), monthly (€1.49/month) or yearly (€7.99/year), unlocking unlimited oposiciones and topics, the Sorteo Simulator, advanced statistics and PDF export. The subscription is managed by the Apple App Store: billing, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple through your App Store account.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter (temario, notes, vueltas history) remains your property.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. The pace indicator, the sorteo simulator and the spaced-repetition reminders are indicative organizational tools; they guarantee no exam outcome and do not replace your own judgment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by French law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription. No liability shall be incurred for any exam outcome related to use of the App.

9. Personal data

See Opovance's privacy policy. The App runs 100% locally on your device (no account, no server, no cloud sync).

10. Changes

These terms may be updated.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

French law. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
