1. Summary

Your temario, vueltas, notes and preparation history stay stored only on your device (local SwiftData). Opovance has no user account, no server, and no cloud sync. Only anonymous usage statistics (PostHog) are collected to improve the app.

2. Data collected

Preparation data (local storage only)

Opovance stores on your device:

Your oposición name, exam date (convocatoria), temario and notes
Each topic's mastery status, your vueltas history and study sessions
Your sorteo simulation results

This data is stored exclusively on your iPhone via SwiftData. It never leaves your device, is never synced, transmitted to a server, sold, or shared with advertisers.

Anonymous usage data (analytics)

We use PostHog to improve the app. PostHog only collects:

Screens viewed
Usage actions (e.g. topic logged, vuelta closed, paywall opened)

This data is tied to a locally generated random identifier, unrelated to your identity or your temario content. PostHog never receives your oposición name, your notes, or your preparation history.

3. Third-party services and infrastructure

PostHog (posthog.com) — anonymous usage analytics (section 2), hosted in the European Union.
Apple App Store / StoreKit — management of the Opovance Premium subscription.

No advertising tracker, no social network integration, no third-party monetization SDK, no iCloud sync.

4. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and collects no data about them.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Your preparation data is exclusively local: you exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion directly from the app (editing or deleting an oposición, topics or notes), or by uninstalling the app, which permanently deletes all local data.
