1. Acceptance

By using Nannly (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Nannly is an iOS mobile application for tracking nanny hours and pay (nanny / in-home childcare provider). It lets you clock shifts (start/end), manage multiple families and children, calculate estimated pay (hourly rate, overtime, tips, mileage), keep a daily log for the child (meal, nap, diaper, activity, medication, note), track received payments, and generate a recap PDF invoice.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscription (important)

Nannly offers an auto-renewable yearly subscription, Nannly Plus (product com.nannly.premium.yearly, $19.99/year), which unlocks the App's premium features (advanced multi-family management, PDF invoicing, full payment history, etc.). The free core content (one family, one hourly rate, shift clocking, monthly recap) remains usable without a subscription.

  • Billing and automatic renewal: the subscription is fully handled by Apple's App Store. It renews automatically at the end of each yearly period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • No free trial: the Nannly Plus subscription does not include a free trial period; the purchase is charged immediately upon confirmation.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your device's iOS Settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions), at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; premium access remains available until then.
  • Price and billing: the price shown in the App may vary by your App Store territory and currency; the reference price is $19.99 USD per year.
  • Refunds: any refund request is handled exclusively by Apple, via Apple's dedicated page (reportaproblem.apple.com) or your Apple account Settings. Nannly has no access to payment information and cannot process a refund directly.
  • Restore purchase: if you change device or reinstall the App, use the App's "Restore Purchases" feature to recover your active subscription, tied to your Apple ID.
  • Changes or discontinuation by the publisher: the features, content or price of the Nannly Plus subscription may evolve; current subscribers will be informed of any material change in accordance with App Store rules.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of the App's or the in-app purchase system's protections.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. Data you enter (families, children, shifts, log, payments) remains your property.

7. Scope - estimation tool only (IMPORTANT)

Nannly is an hours-tracking and pay-estimation tool, not a filed payroll service or a tax/social compliance software.

Amounts shown by the App (hourly rate, overtime, tips, mileage, invoice totals) are estimates calculated from the data you enter. The App does not substitute for:

  • an official payroll service or filed payroll processing;
  • legal or tax advice;
  • an official tax or social security filing with the relevant authorities;
  • an employment contract.

These amounts are estimates only, and do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, or a payroll or official filing service. You remain solely responsible for complying with your legal, tax and reporting obligations, and for verifying amounts with your employer, employee or a qualified professional before any payment or filing.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. Calculated amounts and generated invoices are indicative.

9. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the App or subscription over the past 12 months. No liability may be incurred for payroll, tax, social security or accounting decisions made based on information shown in Nannly.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. Any material change affecting the subscription will be communicated in accordance with App Store rules.

12. Governing law

Law applicable at the developer's place of residence, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
