Terms of Use — Nannix

Last updated: 2026-05-28

1. Acceptance

By using Nannix (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Nannix is an iOS mobile application that counts childcare hours. It lets you log arrivals and departures (in one tap), sum up hours per day/week/month, mark an absence, manage multiple children and employers, and export a monthly recap (PDF / CSV).

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases or subscriptions may be offered in the future. They will be handled by Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. Data you enter (sessions, children, employers, notes) remains your property.

7. Scope — hours counting only (IMPORTANT)

Nannix is a childcare-hours counter, not a payroll tool.

The App does not compute:

  • any salary, hourly rate or euro amount;
  • any social contribution, charges or taxes;
  • any payslip;
  • any paid leave, indemnities or monthly averaging ("mensualisation");
  • any employment contract.

Nannix does not substitute for Pajemploi, the French CESU, any official declaration, payslip or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for complying with your legal and reporting obligations and for verifying amounts with your counterpart.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of absence of errors or fitness for purpose. Generated exports are indicative.

9. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law (French law governing), Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the App (zero if free). No liability may be incurred for payroll, declaration or accounting decisions made based on information shown in Nannix.

10. Personal data

See the Nannix Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated.

12. Governing law

French law. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
