Summary
Nannix collects no personal data. All childcare sessions, children and employers you enter stay exclusively on your device. The App initiates no network connection.
1. Who we are
Nannix is an iOS mobile application that counts childcare hours (nanny / childminder / in-home care), distributed by an independent developer.
2. Data collected
Nannix collects no personal data.
The only data stored is:

No other data is processed. Nannix processes no euro amount, no hourly rate, no social contribution, no payslip.
3. Network and third-party services
Nannix makes no network request by default. No backend, no user account, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no tracker.
Optional iCloud sync (P1)
If you enable iCloud sync in the App settings, your data is synced via your own Apple iCloud account (private CloudKit) across your personal devices. This sync is fully managed by Apple. Alexandre Paul has no access to this data. iCloud is disabled by default.
4. System permissions
Nannix requests no specific permission in P0 (no camera, photo, microphone, location or contacts access).
In P1, Nannix may request authorization to send local notifications (reminder to clock out, weekly recap, etc.). These notifications are generated and handled entirely by iOS on your device.
5. Exports
Monthly PDF and CSV recap exports are generated locally on your device. Sharing happens via the iOS share sheet, at your initiative. Nannix has no access to recipients.
6. Trackers and advertising
No tracker, no advertising network, no third-party analytics tool. The NSPrivacyTracking value declared in the privacy manifest is false.
7. Rights (GDPR)
Since no personal data is collected by the developer, your rights to access, rectification and erasure are exercised directly on your device:
- View / edit: everything is visible and editable inside the App.
- Export: use the PDF / CSV export features.
- Delete: remove sessions/children/employers inside the App, or uninstall Nannix to erase all local data.
8. Minors
The App is not specifically intended for minors. The child's first name may be entered by the parent or by the childminder; this data stays exclusively on the adult user's device.
9. Scope — Nannix is not a payroll tool
Nannix is an hours counter. The App does not compute any salary, hourly rate, social contribution, indemnities or paid leave, and in no way substitutes for Pajemploi, the French CESU, a payslip or a labour contract. The user remains responsible for all declarations through official channels.

Any material change to this policy will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this document.
