1. Acceptance

By using Migralo ("the App"), you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Migralo is a migraine diary. It lets you record your attacks, triggers, medication, menstrual cycle and generate a PDF report for your doctor.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. License also subject to Apple's standard agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. Migralo Premium subscription

Migralo offers an optional subscription, Migralo Premium, which unlocks advanced correlations (menstrual cycle, barometric pressure), a risk window prediction and an enriched neurological report.

Plan: annual subscription priced at EUR 19.99/year (the price shown in the app prevails and may vary by region and applicable taxes).
Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same duration at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: payment is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation, then at each renewal.
Management and cancellation: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (App Store, your profile, Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Restore: an active subscription can be restored from the app via "Restore purchases".

Crisis mode, unlimited history, the widget, Apple Watch, barometric pressure and the PDF report for your doctor remain free.

5. Medical notice

Migralo is a personal tracking tool. It provides no diagnosis or prescription and does not replace the advice of a health professional. The MIDAS score is a disability indicator with no diagnostic value. If you have an unusual or severe symptom, consult a doctor.

6. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. You are responsible for the information you enter and choose to export or share.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its original content belong to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter remains your property.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by French law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the current subscription. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
