What is Migralo?

Migralo is a migraine diary designed to be used during an attack: one-screen crisis mode, start in one tap, triggers as icons, and a PDF report for your neurologist.

How do I log a missed attack?

In the History tab, tap the plus button at the top left to add a past attack, then adjust the date, intensity and triggers.

What is the MIDAS score for?

MIDAS is the disability questionnaire used in neurology. Migralo computes it from your answers to include it in the report you hand to your doctor. It has no diagnostic value.

How does barometric pressure work?

Migralo reads the pressure through your iPhone barometer at the start of each attack. No network connection or location is required.

What does Migralo Premium include?

Advanced correlations (cycle, pressure), a risk window prediction and an enriched report. The rest of the app is free. The subscription is managed in your Apple account settings.

Is my data shared?

No. Your health data is stored on your device. The anonymous usage analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) contain no health data or personal data.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app: deletion of local data is permanent. Check your iCloud backup if you had enabled it.
