1. Acceptance

By using Lunio (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Lunio is a menstrual cycle tracking app. It records your periods, symptoms, notes and predictions.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

The app offers a one-time in-app purchase (Lunio Premium) that unlocks the advanced features. It is a non-consumable purchase, valid for life for the Apple ID that made the purchase. No subscription is charged. Payment is handled by Apple through your App Store account and purchases can be restored from within the app.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. You are responsible for the information you enter and choose to export or share.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its original content belong to Alexandre Paul. The data you enter remains your property.

7. Disclaimer

Lunio is not a medical device or a contraceptive method. Cycle and fertile-window predictions are statistical estimates provided for guidance only; they must not be used to avoid or plan a pregnancy. For any reproductive health question, consult a healthcare professional.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the price paid for the App (zero if free). No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
