1. Acceptance

By using Lawno (the "App"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Lawno is an iOS lawn care app: a seasonal care calendar based on your USDA hardiness zone (estimated from your ZIP code) and your grass type, a "Today" view of your current tasks, and a lawn care journal with optional photos.

Lawno provides general, approximate seasonal guidance and is not a substitute for advice from a local lawn care professional or your county extension office. Care recommendations are based on simplified zone/grass-type rules and may not reflect your exact local conditions.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. This license is also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

The App offers a Lawno Pro subscription (monthly or annual plan), which unlocks the full season calendar export, unlimited lawn profiles and journal history. Exact prices are shown in the App before purchase.

Payment is charged to your App Store account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, for the same amount. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Purchases can be restored from within the App.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections. You are solely responsible for verifying local conditions and regulations (watering restrictions, mowing ordinances) before acting on guidance from the App.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design and original content belong to Alexandre Paul. Data you enter (lawn profile, journal entries) remains your property.

7. Personal data

See Lawno's Privacy Policy. Your data (ZIP code, grass type, task completion, journal entries) is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to a developer server.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Zone and care calendar estimates are approximate and for general guidance only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by French law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, nor for lawn care decisions made based on the App's guidance.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time.

11. Governing law

French law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.
