Purpose

Kinésio lets you enter the exercises prescribed by your physical therapist (sets, repetitions or hold duration, rest time), run them as a hands-free guided session with a timer, and track your adherence to show your therapist. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the information provided

Kinésio is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of your physical therapist. The app does not produce, recommend, or modify any exercise: the exercises displayed are exclusively the ones you entered yourself, as prescribed by your practitioner. Kinésio does not guarantee any rehabilitation outcome. If you experience unusual pain or discomfort during an exercise, stop the session and consult your physical therapist.

Subscription (Kinésio Plus)

Kinésio offers a Kinésio Plus subscription, available as a monthly (€3.99/month) or yearly (€24.99/year) plan. One active program limited to 5 exercises, the full guided-session timer (haptics, sound, automatic progression), one daily reminder, and the current month's adherence remain free, no subscription required. Premium unlocks: multiple programs and unlimited exercises, full adherence history, pain/feeling trend over the whole period, PDF export for your therapist, and multiple daily reminders.

Payment is charged to your App Store account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, for the same amount. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Purchases can be restored from within the app.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Kinésio lawfully. No reverse engineering, no bypassing of technical protections. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the exercises you enter and their conformity with your physical therapist's prescription.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Kinésio is a tracking and timing tool provided "as is", with no guarantee of fitness for any particular medical use. To the extent permitted by French law, Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription. No liability for indirect or consequential damages, including any injury related to performing an exercise entered in the app without prior consultation of a healthcare professional where necessary.

Termination

You may stop using Kinésio at any time by deleting the app. Subscription cancellation is handled exclusively through Apple's settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
