1. Acceptance

By using Gulpo (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Gulpo is an iOS mobile application that lets parents and legal guardians locally record their infant's bottle feedings (timestamps, volumes, milk type) and view a summary.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases or subscriptions may be offered in the future. They will be handled by Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. Data you enter (child's first name, timestamps, volumes) remains your property.

7. Medical disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

Gulpo is not a medical device. The App is a memory aid and an indicative bottle-tracking tool. It does not provide a diagnosis, does not constitute medical advice, and is in no way a substitute for the consultation, follow-up or recommendations of a healthcare professional (pediatrician, doctor, midwife, etc.).

If you have any doubt, observe concerning symptoms or face an emergency regarding your child, consult a healthcare professional immediately or call your local emergency number (in France: 15 — SAMU).

The data is entered by the parent or legal guardian and concerns a minor; you alone are responsible for how you use the App and for the decisions you make based on the information displayed.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of absence of errors or fitness for purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law (French law governing), Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the App (zero if free). No liability may be incurred for decisions made on the basis of information displayed in the App.

10. Personal data

See the Gulpo Privacy Policy. The App processes data concerning a minor; it stores no data outside your device.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated.

12. Governing law

French law. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
