Terms of Use — Glacko

1. Acceptance

By using Glacko (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Glacko is an iOS mobile application that helps you keep an inventory of your freezer and fridge: products, freezing dates, photos and weekly local reminders.

3. License

Alexandre Paul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license. Also subject to Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

4. Glacko+ subscription

Glacko offers an optional subscription, Glacko+, which removes the 20-product inventory limit and adds iCloud backup and sync.

  • Plans: monthly subscription at EUR 0.99/month or annual subscription at EUR 4.99/year (the price shown in the app is authoritative and may vary by region and applicable taxes).
  • Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same duration, at the same price, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Billing: payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase, and again at each renewal.
  • Management and cancellation: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account Settings (App Store, your profile, Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Restoration: an active subscription can be restored from the app via "Restore purchases".

The full inventory (drawers, photos, storage times) for up to 20 products remains free to use, without Glacko+.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reverse engineering, no circumvention of protections.

6. Intellectual property

The App belongs to Alexandre Paul. Data you enter (products, photos, dates) remains your property.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of absence of errors or fitness for purpose. Dates and reminders displayed do not constitute nutritional or food-safety advice.

8. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law (French law governing), Alexandre Paul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the App (zero if free).

9. Personal data

10. Changes

These terms may be updated.

11. Governing law

French law. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
